Shipping & Returns


Delivery


We offer free delivery within Serbia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.


Returns & Exchanges


In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days. However, we offer an extended return and exchange period of 30 days from the date of delivery.


To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Customers must notify us via email or their user account before sending the item back.
  • Once approved, items should be returned within a reasonable time.


Refunds


Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


Exchanges


If you would like to exchange a product (size, color, or model), please contact us first. We will reserve the replacement item until your return arrives.


Return Shipping


Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
