Accountant

We are seeking an experienced professional to fully handle all accounting and document workflow for a small DOO in e-commerce (outdoor gear, retail via Shopify). Currently focusing on retail sales, with existing PDV import, export, and re-export operations.

Responsibilities

• Full double-entry bookkeeping (KPO/KP/analytical records), including PDV calculations for import/export/re-export.
• Preparation and submission of monthly/annual reports to APR, Porezi, ePorezi (PDV declarations, PPD, contributions, annual balance sheet).
• Document management: e-fakture, goods receipts/returns, supplier settlements (Serbia/EU), customs docs for import/export, payroll (if staff hired).
• PDV compliance: accurate input/output VAT tracking, zero-rating for exports, import VAT deductions, re-export schemes.
• Document workflow automation (e-invoices, Shopify/Zapier integration preferred).
• Optimization advice for retail focus (PDV thresholds, dropshipping without warehouse).
• Ensuring licensing compliance (listed in SRRS register).

Requirements

• License for bookkeeping services (authorized auditor or registered with the Chamber).
• 2+ years with PDV-registered DOO (import/export experience required), Serbian accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Konfigurator, ePorezi, eFaktura, Excel; bonus for Odoo,MiniMax or customs software.
• Russian/English knowledge is a plus (for owner/international suppliers).
• Reliable, punctual, open to part-time (4–8 hours/week, more if volume grows).

Conditions

• Pay: 300-500 €/month (fixed, performance-based; accounts for PDV complexity, increases with retail volume).
• Schedule: Flexible, remote (Zoom/email) or in Novi Sad/Belgrade.
• Contract: Employment or DUP (by agreement).
• Support: Full access to Shopify/warehouse/customs data, onboarding in 1–2 days.
