We are looking for a Category Manager / Customer Support to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time in-office role in Belgrade after the contract period.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product categories, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, and inventory.
- Provide support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Work with internal teams to optimize product presentation and category performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in category management, e-commerce, or customer support is a plus.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Offer:
- Fixed salary of €600 per month.
- Bonus program starting from the 3rd month.
- Initial training provided.
- Possibility to join the team permanently after 6 months.
